All Sales Are Final
Due to the consumable and perishable nature of Siberian Cedar Oil, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed or delivered.
Exceptions for Damaged/Defective Products
We stand by the quality of our oil and want you to be fully satisfied. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g., shipping mistake), please contact us at hello@siberiancedaroil.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement: A one-time replacement of the product at no additional cost.
- Store Credit: Credit equal to the product’s value for future purchases.
Refunds will not be issued, and we reserve the right to deny replacement requests if the damage is deemed to result from mishandling after delivery (e.g., improper storage).
Important Notes
- Do Not Return Products: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. If you ship a product back without prior approval, we cannot guarantee its receipt or resolution.
- Quality Assurance: Once the product leaves our facility, we cannot control external factors (e.g., temperature during transit).
Final Responsibility
By purchasing from Siberian Cedar Oil [A Project of Anastasia Foundation, SSM], you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
