From Tatiana:
"When our son was born, city life no longer felt right. We wanted land we could keep in the family forever.
"We joined a group of like-minded people from Omsk, found a site, and started building.
"While the house was going up, our daughter arrived. Our place became the second home on the first street, which we named Lyubimaya — “Beloved.”
"The settlement itself we later called Lubimovka.
What followed:
We gather for every equinox and solstice. Painters, folk musicians, and craft teachers visit. We maintain common areas, run workshops, and end with an evening gathering.

Lubimovka (“Beloved Place”) is a Kin’s Domain settlement that has grown steadily over the past seven years. As of August 2023, the community is home to 22 families (106 individuals), with plans for 7 more families to join after a forthcoming land transfer. In addition, 43 residents have established permanent homes, and three more families are set to move to the nearby Ustinovo area by 2024.
Spanning 110 hectares with 46 private Kin’s Domains, Lubimovka is a thriving settlement. The communal area features a creative hub, two ponds—one 30-acre pond for swimming and a 5-acre pond for ice skating—a playground, and a public bathhouse.
The settlement fosters education and culture through a Family School of Folk Culture, offering regular sessions in traditional music, dance, and clay artistry along with weekly arts, crafts, physical education, and English classes. Preschool and elementary students enjoy tailored programs via the "Lyuboznayka" platform and homeschooling. Additional highlights include a Happiness School with a 7-hectare cherry orchard, tourism projects, a local product store, and sustainable permaculture aquaculture initiatives.
"For the children we built Lyubimaya School: nature classes on hikes, model-making, calligraphy, project immersions, English, drawing, and more. Twice a week folklorist Viktor Sitnikov comes to teach music and clay art. After seven years this has grown into a Family Folk School. Every child, starting at five, plays at least one instrument—ocarina, button accordion, gusli, balalaika, or piano. Our theater group even took second place in a national contest."

Inspired by their joyful life in the Lubimovka settlement, Andrey and Tatiana decided to pursue oil production.
"Life in Lubimovka was full enough that commuting to city jobs felt pointless. About then Andrey designed a wooden barrel press that produces true Siberian cedar oil—cold-pressed, never touching metal. First we made it for ourselves, then for friends.
"We soon saw that many people wanted that same purity. We spent four tough years giving away samples, explaining the oil’s benefits, and refining the process—all while two more daughters were born on the domain.
"The effort paid off. Families who added our oils to their diet reported better health, and several women once told they couldn’t conceive had healthy pregnancies—their babies are called “oil children."
"We plan to meet the rising demand—the more healthy people, the better!"

Every single bottle is handmade with great attention to detail and love.
"Our oils stand apart because we meticulously select only the best raw materials, extracting a natural, truly beneficial “freshly squeezed juice” from nuts.
"We give 100% preference to nuts harvested in Russia. We never use inferior ingredients—only the finest, because our oil heals! Its uniqueness also lies in the ancient pressing method passed down by our ancestors.
"Every product is crafted in a burst of inspiration, with the hope of bringing health to the body and harmony to the mind!"
