Updated Nov. 13

Update on Batch 1 Pre-Orders

Batch 1 pre-orders closed on October 10.

Near the end of October, new U.S. sanctions guidance has made Russia to U.S. freight much harder: some forwarders have paused service, and others now have sharply higher or unstable prices. Cedar oil itself is not sanctioned, but carrier capacity and pricing have changed so much that securing a reliable route is taking longer than expected.

Because of this, Batch 1 is currently running about 2–3 weeks later than our original estimate of 6 weeks (Nov. 21).

All Grade-1 Siberian cedar nuts for this batch are already on hand. To protect freshness, our producers will begin pressing only after freight is fully booked (pressing takes about 3–4 days). Once the oil arrives at our U.S. refrigerated warehouse, orders will ship with tracking according to our Shipping Policy.

We’ll update this page and email all customers as soon as a shipping route is secured and pressing begins.

Thank you for your patience while we navigate the current logistics environment.

Pricing notice: Launch prices apply only to Batch 1. Future batches may be adjusted once actual production and freight costs are finalized.

The purest oil, handmade with love.

Pure & Pristine

Cedar Nuts Wild Harvested Deep in the Siberian Taiga

We use only the highest grade of Siberian cedar nuts available.

Only Grade-1 Siberian cedar nuts—those with uniform, pale-beige kernels—ever reach our presses. We refuse the cheaper Grade-2, Grade-3, and unofficial "Grade-4" lots and heat-dried nuts other producers settle for.

Our cedar nuts are shelled and vacuum-sealed in Siberia, shipped cold, opened moments before pressing, and pressed within minutes; oxidation cannot begin in storage.

Siberian cedar (pine) nuts only grow in the pristine Siberian taiga, not on plantations.

Our cedar nuts have fully ripened in their natural habitat. They are infinitely more nutritious than unripe nuts. While growing, they were surrounded by supporting plants in rich, naturally fertilized soil untouched by man. They've absorbed all the useful elements possible in this species (Pinus Sibirica).

Ancient Methods

Cold-Pressed, 100% on Wooden Presses, by Hand

Not one drop of our oil ever touches metal. We press cedar nuts exactly as Siberian artisans did centuries ago, in pure oak barrels.

The raw cedar nuts go into a linen pouch. This pouch is then placed in an oak barrel. The pouch is completely surrounded by wood. A press applies gentle pressure to the barrel. No oxidation takes place, and the process is completely cold. Temperatures never exceed 45 °C (113 °F) at any point. Roughly 50% of the oil is intentionally left in the press-cake because we avoid heat or solvent-based extraction, the economic opposite of industrial practices.

Because our oil never heats above room temperature or touches metal, every single delicate element and nutrient stays intact. We finish by hand-pouring this living oil into dark-glass bottles that shield it from damaging light.
